  This may be distasteful....but the neighbors are quiet. I wouldn't mind being buried here.

  As a mother burying her child, I trusted Harford Memorial Gardens. The initial experience, when choosing the grave marker and the burial service itself was nice and respectful, the follow-up has been disheartening. Since then the service has been unprofessional and disrespectful to my family and my son. After he was buried there has been no attempt in caring for his plot by this establishment. My son’s father had to sod over the site himself. When you visit a site you don't want to go and view something so barren and distasteful. We have tried calling Harford Memorial Gardens and have received no follow-through or customer service. Today when I should have called irate over my son and my family’s treatment, I called calm and asked for the status of my son’s stone placement. When I was told the same thing as we were told over two weeks ago I informed her that his year remembrance was next week, the associate was tactless. My family is invested in this establishment; we have family and friends there. It is just extremely saddening that this is how people are treated. It makes me feel physically nauseous that my son's site is being so mismanaged. The thought that I too will be buried there gives me no joy either at this time. I expected much more from Harford Memorial Gardens (Aldino Road, Aberdeen location).
